The staff were especially helpful, the boxed breakfast was exceptional. I got a brand-new room with jacuzzi bathroom. Excellent juices, soft drinks and cocktails in the main bar. The service offered here was nice. Moreover, parking was outside.

Cute little place to stay while travelling around Bishop's Stortford. The venue was spotless & great-sized. The room was double superior and had an amazing bed. Unique location in the old historic area. Complimentary beers, juices, soft drinks and cocktails in the night bar, convenient parking place.

fair hotel, splendid staff and excellent service. the location was fab, around 10-15 minutes walk from bishop's stortford golf club. my room was delightful with terrace, microwave and free tea. i loved the plunge swimming pool.

Quite bad views.

I had a fabulous time, excellent value for money. Service and rooms were fine, the staff was willing to help. I really enjoyed breakfast with a good choice of fresh bread, meats, bakery, fresh fruit and croissants. Mesmerizing view, a comfortable balcony, soft bed, too. There was a heated pool.
